Ivanka Bekavac Vlatkovic, MD, PhD, Primarius, is a specialist in gynecology and obstetrics and a subspecialist in fetal medicine and obstetrics at the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Clinical Hospital “Sveti Duh” in Zagreb, Croatia. Her clinical and scientific work focuses on fetal medicine, prenatal diagnosis, obstetric ultrasound, non-invasive prenatal testing, and high-risk pregnancy care. She obtained her PhD in the field of non-invasive detection of fetal aneuploidies using total and fetal cell-free DNA from maternal blood. She has participated as a lecturer and organizer at national and international congresses and is actively involved in undergraduate, postgraduate, and specialist medical education.
